If you struggle with focus, procrastination, impulsivity, time management, disorganisation or any of the other classic ADHD struggles, you’re not lazy and you’re not broken, I’ve been there myself and I get it.

With a background in psychology and a lived experience of ADHD, I specialise in helping adults not just manage their ADHD, but thrive with it.

My coaching style is compassionate and non-judgemental, honest and practical. I offer a supportive space to step back, reflect, and figure out your next steps. From structured time-blocking techniques to creative workarounds for the more stubborn ADHD symptoms, we’ll build easy-to-implement strategies that are personalised and grounded in science.
