MY STORY
Hi, I’m Richard Mander, an ADHD coach with a personal passion for helping people with ADHD thrive. My journey began when I was diagnosed with ADHD at university—a pivotal moment that transformed my life. Armed with this new understanding, I went from struggling to excelling, using strategies I developed while completing my MSc in Psychology.
I know firsthand how overwhelming ADHD can feel—balancing endless ideas, managing motivation, and creating structure in a world that often feels chaotic. My approach to coaching is grounded in empathy, non-judgment, and a deep understanding of how ADHD works. I believe in embracing creativity, aiming high, and finding joy in the process of growth.
Together, we’ll tackle your unique challenges, whether that’s building routines, finding clarity amidst big goals, or unlocking your full potential. My coaching style isn’t about “pushing through” or forcing change; it’s about breaking things down, designing systems that work for you, and creating a sustainable path toward the life you want.
Whether you’re struggling with unstructured days, overwhelmed by your ambitions, or seeking more time for your passions, I’m here to guide you. Let’s work together to harness your strengths, conquer the obstacles, and create a future that feels as good as it looks.
